Best community I’ve ever been apart of. Well taken care of and very clean . Tucked away from all the craziness of Escondido we’re up the hill with amazing breeze and super nice views . Mary Ann has been a gem getting us in and situated and answering all of our questions. We’re so happy to be part of the community here is was the perfect choice for our family.
Went to a 70th Birthday party held in the clubhouse. What a spectacular view!!! The facility was clean and we had tables and chairs for days. Very nice, quiet place.
Had a wonderful experience with Debbie in the office today. She was very pleasant & extremely helpful.
New management is incredible . Mary Ann has treated us like family and has made the move in process incredible . The maintenance team is totally on top of it as well . Any issue has been taken care of literally within the hour of needing something . Everyone is so personable and there’s so much pride taken in the park . We can’t wait for it to warm up to go to the

I came to visit my mother recently and have noticed that the park has been looking a lot cleaner, the pool was bright blue instead of the green I was used to normally seeing the patio furniture was a little rough but overall the whole property looked great. It’s good to see
Great work from the maintenance department especially Mr. Leo. He gets the job done and is always kind and respectful. We love Leo !!!
