Been living here for almost 2 months and it’s a very good place to live in peaceful and chill neighbors also the manager and maintenance are very good at their job and are very helpful. Xóchitl is such an amazing manager.

Been at Monte Vista Estates for about 6 years, and it’s such a great place to live. After long work hours in downtown Escondido, coming home here always feels calming and much quieter than any other mobile home park. The pool is always kept clean every week, and the gym is always open. I’ve gone through many managers over the years, but the one who stands out the most is Xochie. She’s very helpful, nice, and down-to-earth, which is rare to find nowadays. Whenever there’s a problem, she and the maintenance team handle it quickly and carefully. I’m definitely going to miss this place, but if you’re looking for somewhere peaceful to live, you should really take advantage of this community like I did. I have resided in this comunity for about eight year., It is a great place to live. We have a great onsite proprty manager MaryAnne who is easy to work with and really does a great job for then residents  here. Monte Verde Estates in Escondido is a beautiful park the view is spectacular. Visited the park a few times and I fall in love every time . I’ve also had the pleasure of meeting the park manager Maryann she is very friendly and the sweetest person. She is very helpful as while. I've lived here for about 7 months, and it's been great. Super clean, safe, and the most beautiful view. Anytime I had a question, Christina and Maryanne responded quickly. I see the maintenance guys walking around before 7 am, picking up trash. Great little community up on the hill.
